This policy explains what information delilahblue.com (“the site”), the author website of Delilah Blue, collects from visitors and how it is used.

Readers’ List. When you join the Readers’ List, we collect your email address.

Contact form. When you send a message through the Contact page, we collect your first and last name, email address, subject, and message. If you check the sign-up box on that form, your email address is also added to the Readers’ List.

Automatically collected information. Our website platform, Squarespace, may use cookies and similar technologies and collect basic technical information such as browser type, device, and pages visited, to operate the site and provide visitor statistics.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your messages and to send Readers’ List emails about book releases, events, and related news from Delilah Blue. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers

The site, its forms, and its email list are hosted and processed by Squarespace. Squarespace’s handling of data is described in its own privacy policy at squarespace.com/privacy.

Links to other sites

The site links to Spotify, Instagram, and TikTok. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from Readers’ List emails at any time using the link in any email. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request that it be corrected or deleted, send a note through the Contact page.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
